Now improved (again)!

We have improved our boom pole stand (again!):

• The seat mounting bolts are embedded and not exposed. This results in a smooth surface that is more comfortable to sit on and, when turned upside down for use as a table, is more stable and will not scratch floors.

• The base underside has no exposed hardware, making it safe for even the most delicate flooring.

The Ground Adapter boom pole stand should be considered an essential part of the sound departments on-set equipment. Everyone in this business has witnessed a boom pole and microphone get damaged, either by falling over after being leaned against something, or by getting stepped on after being laid on the ground. Avoiding these incidents saves expensive equipment and reflects well on the sound departments professional image. 

The Remote Audio Ground Adapter stand has been refined with differences that may be easy to overlook, but make a big difference in the real world:

	The Ground Adapter relies on its wide round base for stability. It is more stable than devices using a much heavier but smaller base.
	The 4 inch opening will accept boom poles with side-mounted connectors and poles with right-angle XLR jumpers attached.
	The underside of the seat is designed with finger grip for easy carrying.
	The base and top are made of a synthetic composite material that is totally weather proof. The material will not scratch equipment or floors.
	A large, heavy-duty hook is included to easily handle big cable bundles. The hook is quickly removable. Up to three more hooks can be added for headphones, packs, or whatever.
	The Ground Adapter weighs only 12 pounds.
	Amazingly the Ground Adapter  collapses in a matter of seconds, with no tools, to a 5 high package.
